How to

Approve RSVPs one by one.

Approval gating turns RSVPs from automatic into a queue. Every registration sits as Pending until you confirm it.

1. Switch on Approve RSVPs.

In the editor, find the Event options card and tap the toggle on the Approve RSVPs row. Off by default.

You can do this before or after publishing. Existing confirmed RSVPs stay confirmed.

2. Publish (if you haven't already).

Click Publish in the bar at the bottom. The event goes through moderation and lands live within a few hours.

3. Watch the Registrations panel.

On the same edit page, scroll past the editor to Registrations. New RSVPs land in Pending approval (N). Each row shows the registrant's name, guest count if they brought a plus-one, and email.

The full street address stays hidden from pending registrants until you confirm them. They see a map pin in the suburb instead.

4. Tap Approve or Reject.

Approve sends the confirmation email and reveals the address. Reject removes them silently; they don't get a rejection notification.

5. Turn it off later if you want.

Switching the toggle off does not auto-approve existing pending RSVPs. Approve them manually first; new RSVPs from then on come in confirmed.
