How to
Create an organisation page.
An organisation page gives a regular thing (a run club, a residents' association, a campaign) its own public profile at /o/{your-slug} with a description, social links, and photos.
1. Go to /create-org.
Sign in first if you aren't already. Organisations are tied to your account; only you (and anyone you later add as a manager) can edit them.
2. Fill in Name and Description.
Both show on the public profile. Keep the name short and the description specific. A paragraph beats three.
3. Pick a Username.
It becomes the URL slug at /o/{username}. Lowercase, no spaces. Once set, this can change later but URLs you've already shared will break.
4. Add a Contact email.
Where moderation responses for the organisation page land. Doesn't have to match your account email; a shared inbox often makes more sense for a group.
5. Add social links and photos.
Up to seven platforms (website, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). All optional. The profile photo and cover photo are also optional but worth doing if you have them.
6. Submit.
The page goes through moderation, same as an event. You'll get an email with an edit link once it's approved, usually within a few hours.
