How to

Edit a published event.

A published event uses the exact same editor the host built it in. Every change saves on its own; the public page updates with it.

1. Open the email you got when you published.

Search your inbox for Opportunity Forif it's buried. The subject confirms the event is live and the body contains the edit link.

2. Click the edit link.

It opens at /edit/{token}. Treat this URL like a key: anyone with it can manage the event. Save it only somewhere you trust.

3. Edit anything you need to.

The page lays out, top to bottom: cover with controls, title, date and time, location, description, the Event options card (visibility, capacity, plus-ones, approval, recurrence, mailing-list opt-in), and host details. Click any field to edit it inline.

4. Manage RSVPs from the same page.

Scroll past the editor to Registrations. Confirmed, Pending approval (if approval is on), Checked in, and Waitlist sections all live there. The same page does the writing and the running.

5. Saves are automatic.

The bar at the bottom shows Saving… while you type and Saved · just now the moment the change lands. Attendees see the new version on their next visit.
