How to

Export your mailing-list opt-ins.

When RSVPers consent to hear from you again, they appear in a separate list you can export as CSV. The full RSVP list isn't downloadable as a file; opt-ins are.

1. Turn on Collect emails first.

In the editor's Event options card, switch Collect emails on. From then on, the RSVP form gives attendees a checkbox to opt in to your mailing list. Off by default; on means consent is asked, not assumed.

2. Wait for RSVPs to come in.

Only registrations that ticked the box appear in the export. If nobody opted in, there's nothing to download.

3. Open the edit page.

Use the edit link from the email you got when you published. Scroll past the editor to the Registrations panel.

4. Find Mailing list opt-ins.

It's a sub-section near the bottom of the panel, under the rosters. Only renders when Collect emails is on or there are already opt-ins. The Download CSV button sits to the right of the heading.

5. Click Download CSV.

File downloads immediately. Filename is audience-{slug}.csv. Columns are first_name, guest_count, email, opted_in_at. Numbers, Excel, and Google Sheets all open it cleanly.

6. Bring it into your own tools.

Paste the email column into your email client to send a thank-you, or import into a contact list if you run a regular thing. Every email carries an opted_in_at timestamp; people on this list have given you explicit permission.
