How to
Check people in on the day.
Useful for any event where it matters who actually turned up. Optional everywhere else.
1. Open the edit page on whichever device you'll have at the door.
Use the edit link from the email you got when you published, or open the event from your dashboard. The page works fine on a phone; keep the link somewhere private if you need it at the door.
2. Scroll past the editor to Registrations.
The Registrations panel renders below the editor for any published event. Look for the Confirmed (N) section.
3. Tap each person's check-in toggle as they arrive.
Each row in Confirmed has a check-in control on the right. Tap it; the row moves into the Checked in (N) section at the top of the panel. The change is instant.
4. Untoggle if you tapped wrong.
Check-in is a per-row state, not an action. Flip it any number of times.
5. Use the count for follow-ups.
Comparing Checked in to Confirmed gives you a no-show rate. Useful for sizing your next event, or for catering forecasts if you run a regular thing.
